This shopping blog is affiliated with Shopzilla. Founded in 1996 in California, Shopzilla is a leading online comparison shopping service, dedicated to helping shoppers quickly and easily find compare and buy anything, sold by virtually anyone, anywhere. Each month, Shopzilla connects millions of consumers with thousands of stores through its web sites in the U.K., France and Germany. Shopzilla also operates the BizRate consumer feedback network that collects millions of consumer reviews of stores and products each year.

Rob is a freelance writer in London, but more importantly he’s also a self-proclaimed gadget fiend. His work has appeared in countless trade magazines and websites.

Rob Loves playing with new gadgets and keeping up to date with the latest technology. This started with the Spectrum and Big Trak in the 1980s and his work has made him an expert on almost everything - from bread makers to electronic cat flaps.

Rob is especially interested in environmental sustainability, and how he can get an even bigger LCD TV without destroying the planet. His pet hate is the iphone 3G and he will happily talk for hours about why you shouldn’t buy one.

Rob prefers not to be called Robert, but his wife always calls him Robert anyway!
